At Cocomecy Store, shipping costs vary based on your destination. To calculate your exact shipping charges, simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total.
Shipping & Handling
We process orders on business days—Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time—excluding holidays observed by the Post Office, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

About Late Deliveries
While our shipping partners work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur. Cocomecy Store is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events, including:
- Incorrect Address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not available immediately, it simply means the carrier has not yet processed your package.
I Ordered Multiple Items, but Only Received One… Where’s My Order?
We offer a wide assortment of products, and they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. If you receive one item before another, don’t worry—your remaining items are on their way!
Why Haven’t I Received Order Confirmation Details?
This is often due to an incorrect email address entered during checkout. We send multiple emails, including an order confirmation, fulfillment notice, and shipping notice. If you suspect an error, please contact us so we can assist you.

Can the Order Be Delivered to Multiple Addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. To have items sent to different locations, please place separate orders.
Do You Offer Delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders to APO addresses are sent via DHL Global Mail and then transferred to USPS for final delivery. Please allow up to 45 additional days for these shipments to arrive. Note that tracking may not update once the package enters the military mail system for security reasons.
